March 15 - Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said, in a Q+A interview on Sunday, that officials were looking at tailored criteria for events that may need to be cancelled, such as whether people would be in close proximity to one another.

Taiwan is not a part of the World Health Assembly as it is not recognised as being an independent country under the One-China policy. Browne said the ambassador has mentioned some of the measures that Taiwan has taken, some of which he believes will work in the Vincentian context while others may not.

March 16 - Former foreign minister, Giulio Terzi: "Taiwan potrebber esser stato primo Paese a comunicare alla OMS che coronavirus COVID19 si stava trasmettendo da uomo a uomo.Molto prima che Cina e OMS lo ammettessero. Ovviamente, per volere Pechino, Taipei subisce esclusione da OMS da due anni." (Taiwan may have been the first country to report to WHO that coronavirus COVID19 was spreading from amongst humans, long before China and WHO admitted it. Obviously, at the behest of Beijing, Taipei has been excluded from WHO for two years.)

I love it when I hear someone say “She won’t be able to do it.” The small fire slowly cooking transforms into huge fire. The fire inside me gets lit up making me work even harder. Don’t get me wrong, the fire is not anger, but instead it’s motivation. Always remember to change negative energy given to you into positive energy. There are many voices out there that will always try to bring down your confidence, but don’t let it take you away, you have to always believe in yourself. Normally when this happens to me, my mind would then think “Ok, then let me prove you wrong”. Most of the time this type of positive energy will bring out your potential, or make you do even better than what you ever expected. Do you guys have special techniques that help you push yourself? But i am afraid of hospital so i called my taiwan surgeon to help me save my life. And i am glad i tolerated days of pain just to get here and get it over with in few hours of critical surgery. It was a severe allergy leads to virus. I have had so many needles and medications for past few days and i even cried coz it was too painful. I am so thankful to my surgeon who take the risk to undergo a health surgery for ME as a person and not plastic surgery. He took out my left breast and cleanse and flushed all the puss from my back to underarms to my left breast. It is the first time i had a surgeon who take risk just to safe my life. 「聞き流し英語」的な感じでこの動画を是非見てください。私達のチャンネルで、実際にネイティブが使っている英語の文法も使っていますし、変にスピードも落としていませんので、このスピードにある程度慣れてたら、海外に行ったらばっちりなはずです！

ですので、是非こちらの動画で英語のリスニングの勉強していただければと思います！

なお、英語のリスニング力アップのためのこの動画のベストな活用方法があります。４ステップ法
①まず、動画を最初見る時に、日本語の字幕を見ながら楽しく動画を最初から最後まで見る。このステップは「英語を勉強する」ステップではなく、単純に「動画の内容」と「ストーリーの展開」を覚えるステップです。つまり、英語・日本語関係なく、この動画で何が起きているかを理解することがステップ１です。ここであまり英語の勉強を気にしなくてもいいです。

②もう一度動画を見るけど、今度は、各フレーズ（気になるフレーズ）を１つ１つ丁寧に聞いて、英語と日本語の字幕（両方とも）一緒に読んで、英語のフレーズ（英語の表現）や言い方を意識する。一時停止したり、巻き戻したりすると理解しにくい英語の表現を理解できるかもしれません。信じがたいですが、私達の動画に本当に「知っておくべき英語」が厳選されています。なのでどのフレーズを学んでも損ではありません。「生きた英会話」と思っていただければと思います。

③もう一度動画を見る。今後は、日本語の字幕を絶対に見ないで動画を見る。理解できない場合は、絶対に英語の字幕だけを見る。なので、このステップは、「海外に留学したばかりの人になった気分」。つまり、日本語に頼らないステップ。

④英語の字幕と日本語の字幕、どれも全く読まないでで最初から最後まで動画をもう一度見る。 絶対に、自分の理解度に驚くはずです。１００％は理解できないかもしれないが、聞く前と比較すると本当にビビるぐらい英語力が伸びる。「ええ？これだけで英語力が上がるの？」と思われる方が多いと思うけど、4回も同じ箇所を見ているので、それだけで思っている以上に英語が身についている（同じ歌を４回聞けばなんとなく歌えると一緒）。留学する時に、こういう風にみんな学ぶ。因みに幼児も同じように言語を学ぶ。

この４つのステップを踏んだ後に、もしまだ動画の内容が完璧に理解できないということであれば、リスニング聞き取れなかった箇所だけに戻り、更に２—３回を聞くことがお勧めです。

海南雞飯：

材料：
冰鮮雞1隻
白米

處理：
1. 取出及保留雞膏做雞油飯。
2. 用鹽乸雞1小時，沖洗乾淨鹽分。
3. 煲1煲滾水，手揸住頸以上位置，浸雞入煲內滾水，拿起雞，重覆這個動作2至3次，然後整隻雞浸入滾水中。
2斤半雞仔用最細火浸30分鐘。3斤或以上的雞用最細火浸40分鐘。
4. 蒜頭去皮切碎。薑去皮磨蓉，揸出薑汁，薑碎備用。辣椒切粒，加入少許蒜蓉。蔥洗淨，切粒，放入碗中，加入少許鹽。
5. 此時雞已用最慢火浸了半小時，轉回大火至滾起，熄火，冚蓋，焗5分鐘。
6. 預備一大碗冰水。
7. 打開煲蓋，嗅一下有否雞的香味，如果有，表示雞已熟透。
8. 拿起雞，即時放入冰水，浸半小時。
9. 燒熱2湯匙油，灒入薑蔥蓉。
10. 加入2湯匙豉油入鑊中，再加入1茶匙糖煮溶，放在碗中。
11. 燒熱1湯匙油，灒入蒜蓉辣椒，加入1/2茶匙糖及2湯匙青檸汁，攪勻。

烹調：
1. 放雞膏落鑊炸油，炸出雞油，棄掉雞膏。
2. 放蒜蓉入雞油落鑊，加入白米炒香。
3. 放（2）入電飯煲，加入薑汁及2湯匙糖及雞湯，但要記得不要加入太多雞湯。
4. 開始煮飯，直至程序完成。

Hainan chicken rice:

Ingredients:
Frozen Chicken 1 No.
Plain rice

Preparation:
1. Take out and retain fat from chicken making rice with chicken oil.
2. Season chicken with salt for 1 hour, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Boil up a pot of water, hold neck of chicken, soak chicken, then lift up chicken. Repeat 2 to 3 times. Then totally immerse chicken into boiled water.
Chicken with 2 1/2 catty or less, soak in hot water at low flame for 30 minutes. Chicken with 2 1/2 catty or above, soak in hot water at low flame for 40 minutes.
4. Peel and chop garlics well. Peel and mash ginger, squeeze ginger juice, and ginger get ready for use. Dice red chili, mix with little garlic sauce. Rinse and dice green onion put in a bowl, then mix with little salt.
5. Chicken has been soaked at low flame for 1/2 hour, turn to high flame until water is totally boiled up, turn off fire, keep the lid shut for 5 minutes.
6. Prepare a big bowl of iced water.
7. Check the flavour once you lift up the lid. If there is, that means chicken is cooked well.
8. Take out chicken. Immerse into iced water immediately, soak for 1/2 hour.
9. Heat up 2 tbsp oil, pour into the mixture of ginger and green onion.
10. Heat up 2 tbsp light soya sauce with 1 tsp sugar in wok until sugar has been totally melted. Put into a bowl.,
11. Heat up 1 tbsp oil, pour direct into the mixture of garlic sauce and chili, mix well with 1/2 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp of lime juice.

Steps:
1. Put chicken fat in plain wok at medium flame. Wait for oil has been released from it. Dispose chicken fat then.
2. Add garlic sauce into chiken oil in wok, put plain rice and fry well.
3. Put (2) into rice cooker, add ginger sauce, 2 tbsp sugar and chicken broth, do not put too much broth in cooking rice.
4. Start cooking rice, until steps completed. Serve.
